Make Yourself at Home
When you come in on your first visit, you will be greeted in our office by Nicole at the front desk. If you haven’t completed your intake paperwork yet, Nicole will have a few short forms for you to fill out. Make sure to bring a photo ID, insurance card, and copies of any MRI reports or medical records pertaining to your condition.
Once your paperwork is complete, our staff will escort you back into the examination and x-ray room. Then you will meet Dr. Michael Hausch and he will take a more detailed history of your condition and ask specific questions about your problem. If Dr. Hausch feels you have a chiropractic condition, he will then perform a complete examination.
If Dr. Hausch determines that x-rays will be necessary, they will be taken immediately following your exam.
Following your examination, you will typically review the x-ray with the doctor. Our x-rays are all digital and can be viewed within seconds of being taken. Dr. Hausch will provide preliminary findings for your condition and if he feels that you are a candidate for chiropractic care, he will treat you the first day. The initial visit takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
Don’t worry, chiropractic care is non-invasive, which means no needles and no shots.
